A Day Out with Zelda for Her Vaccination

Zelda (my dog's name) has been home for two weeks now, and on Sunday I booked her third round of the combined vaccine. The first two shots were already done at the pet shop.

When we got to the animal hospital, a few other dogs were already waiting. I downloaded an app that works like a consultation form, and all future records can be viewed in it.

While we waited, she didn't bark at the other dogs—she was really well-behaved. What surprised me even more was that she didn't make a single sound during the vaccination either. Such a good girl.

This time I went to the animal clinic next to the pet shop where I bought her, and they gave me a discount coupon. The initial consultation fee plus the vaccine came to 8,800 yen in total—seriously expensive. Way pricier than human medical care 😂. The next visit will be a month from now for the rabies shot. After that, I can finally take her out for walks without worry!
