I'm currently working as a senior engineer at Poper, based in Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵. I mainly use Laravel for work, but I've recently fallen in love with Ruby on Rails and Ruby for my personal projects.

Lately I've moved into an Engineering Manager role — learning to lead in unfamiliar territory, and writing about that transition here alongside the code.
