Hi, there! I'm Epona

I'm an Engineering Manager at Poper , based in Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵. I work mainly with Laravel by day, and build personal projects with Ruby on Rails by night.

Recently I've transitioned into engineering management — learning to lead and make decisions in unfamiliar territory, and documenting that journey here alongside technical notes.

Outside of work, I enjoy car camping (车中泊) across Japan, playing Nintendo games, and analog journaling.
